Why I Love Neutrinos

I’ll admit it. I am partial to neutrinos. And I always have been.

Neutrinos alone, among all the known particles, have ethereal properties that are striking and romantic enough both to have inspired a poem by John Updike and to have sent teams of scientists deep underground for 50 years to build huge science-fictionlike contraptions to unravel their mysteries.

Whatever this thing is, it looks awesome

Whatever this thing is, it looks awesome

There’s not much info about this sexy little device, but there’s just enough to get our saliva glands working. It’s a little touchscreen that’s running Android. Looking to be about 4.5 inches by 4 inches, it looks like a larger-than-normal iPhone. Who makes it? Will it be for sale? What else can it do? All mysteries. But hopefully we’ll learn more about this little guy in the not too distant future.
